We are the Soto Family—a proud, second-generation ranching family rooted in Kaufman, Texas. Our ranching journey began with a deep respect for the land, our livestock, and the people we serve. Our mission has always been simple: provide the same premium-quality beef we feed our own family to customers across Kaufman County, Dallas-Fort Worth, and all of North Texas.
Raised with humble, hard-working values, we believe that great beef starts at the ranch. From the moment our calves are born to the day their beef reaches your table, every step is handled with care, integrity, and a focus on quality.
Soto Farms was founded in 2000 by Jose and Juana Soto as a cow-calf operation in Kaufman County, Texas. Over the years, we have specialized in raising Commercial Beefmaster cattle—a breed known for its adaptability, mothering ability, and beef quality.

Cattle at Soto Farms are born and raised right here in Texas, ensuring full traceability and the highest quality standards. We work year-round to maintain healthy pastures, clean water, and an environment where our cattle can thrive.
In 2024, Omar and Liliana Soto founded Triple A Cattle Company as the beef division of Soto Farms, Inc. Named after their three children—Angel, Andres, and Araceli—Triple A Cattle Co. was created to bring locally raised, grain-finished Texas beef directly to our community at a fair price.
All of our beef is born, raised, and finished in Texas, with no shortcuts and no unnecessary middlemen. After being raised on our ranch, our steers are grain-finished on a premium corn-based ration for over 120 days at our trusted partner, Graham Land and Cattle in Gonzales, TX. This careful finishing process enhances tenderness, flavor, and marbling—producing beef that cooks beautifully and tastes incredible.
